This role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and managing quality contracts with vendors and partners to support IT initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 2-5 years of contracting experience, with a track record in risk assessment and stakeholder coordination.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the St. Louis region.

• With support from BJC attorneys and Senior/Lead Contract Managers negotiate or renegotiate commercial and legal terms and conditions with third parties.
• Manage the Sourcing portfolio expiring contracts calendar and new contract requests overseeing the compliance of contracts within company policies and all contractual processes and actions.
• Draft, interpret, and evaluate contract language with minimal deviation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, approvals, etc.
