Qualifications

• Two to three years previous office or client services experience preferred.
• Must operate in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contracts and determine compliance with regulations.
• Receive and process CBHA referrals submitted by partners.
• Periodically review CBHAs for quality and provide feedback to providers.
• Attend DJJ lockout staffings and recommend services for kids.
• Identify trends and barriers related to processes and make recommendations.
