Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Care Manager for a 6-month remote role with travel across central Kansas. The ideal candidate will coordinate services for foster care members, advocate for families, and work within a collaborative team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include in-person visits after placement changes, regular team meetings, and comprehensive assessments, with some evenings required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed Masters Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) or RN if required by state contract.
• At least 1 year coordinating services across child welfare and related systems of care.
• Disqualifier: no experience in child welfare and related systems of care.
• Strong communication, high-quality documentation, adaptability, and solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for foster care members to ensure needs are met.
• Collaborate with team to address fluctuations in workload.
• Advocate for vulnerable children and families with a member-centered approach.
• Perform 48-hour in-person visits following placement changes.
• Attend 7-day team meetings after placement changes.
• Provide telephonic outreach based on member acuity and conduct in-person visits as needed.
• Conduct annual assessments and may have visits after 5pm.

Location: Remote- KS - 75% Travel, Ideal Candidate would be located in: Central KS- Salina, Hutchinson, Great Bend, Pratt, and surrounding areas

Shift : 8am-5pm, with possibility of some evenings hours due to business need

Responsibilities

• Our team specifically supports members in foster care and coordinates services and supports to ensure the members' needs are met.
• Additional staff needed due to business fluctuation

Candidate Requirements

• Required: Requires a Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work or a Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing and 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Required: Licensed Master's Behavioral Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) or RN based on state contract requirements with BH experience required
• Years of experience required: At least one year of experience coordinating services across child welfare and related systems of care
• Disqualifiers: no experience working in child welfare and related systems of care
• Additional qualities to look for: strong communication, high quality documentation, adaptability/flexibility, and solution focused
