What skills and attributes are we looking for from you

• 8+ years of contract administration experience within construction or construction management.
• A strong command of RFP/RFI development and contract requirements.
• Proven success in building deep, cross‑functional partnerships that get teams aligned and moving forward.
• A track record of developing high‑impact supplier relationships.
• Expertise in planning and leading complex negotiations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Cost‑Type and CM‑at‑Risk construction contracts.
• Outstanding communication skills with the power to influence and inspire.
• A proactive, results‑driven mindset paired with a genuine sense of urgency.
