  • Maintain current project documentation, including drawings, specifications, addenda, IFC packages, meeting minutes, and document control records.
  • Support the Construction Manager with change management, schedule updates, contractor coordination, and tracking potential cost or schedule impacts.
  • Coordinate contractor and vendor documentation, including submittals, O&M manuals, warranties, and required turnover documentation.
  • Support commissioning and IST readiness, including prerequisite tracking, punch-list items, testing documentation, and system turnover packages.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and maintain clear communication of project actions, decisions, responsibilities, and outstanding items.
  • Support project closeout by coordinating as-built documentation, test reports, warranties, O&M manuals, and final turnover packages.
  • Work closely with construction managers, contractors, design teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues affecting project delivery.
Qualifications
