Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to drive the operational workflow of commercial agreements across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to manage intake, reviews, feedback, and timely approvals.

You will streamline processes, improve visibility, and support negotiations by aligning on key terms and internal requirements. This full-time role is based in or near Kirkland, WA or San Jose, CA with a market salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar roles in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Experience managing structured workflows and driving operational efficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
• Experience with Contract Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
• Program or project management experience is a plus.

• Contract Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: oversee contract processes and coordinate with Legal, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams.
• Negotiation Support: assist with negotiations and align with internal stakeholders.
• Systems, Documentation & Process Improvement: maintain CMS/documentation and improve workflows.
• Collaboration & Travel: work with cross-functional teams and travel as needed.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The target hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000.
