Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) seeks a Contract Manager to drive the operational workflow of commercial agreements across the organization.

You will partner with Legal, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to manage contract intake, coordinate reviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely approvals. You will help streamline processes, improve visibility, and support negotiations by ensuring alignment on key terms and internal requirements, with periodic travel between Kirkland, WA

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.
  • 3–5 years of contract operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar roles in tech/semiconductor.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Experience managing structured workflows and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end contract intake and review workflow across the organization.
  • Coordinate feedback from Legal, Sales, CSR, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Lines to move agreements through the pipeline.
  • Maintain visibility into contract status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Summarize key terms of agreements to support internal discussions and decision-making.
  • Support negotiations by communicating internal guidelines and assisting with negotiations with customers, vendors, and service providers.
  • Review and process NDAs and other standard agreements with guidance from Legal.
  • Identify risks, open items, and required approvals based on internal policies.
  • Organize historical documents and assist CMS improvements or upgrades.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining the Contract Playbook, templates, and standard terms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Travel between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA for training and coordination.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Contract Manager to drive the operational workflow of commercial agreements across the organization. This role partners closely with Legal, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams to manage contract intake, coordinate reviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely approvals. You will help streamline processes, improve visibility, and support the business during negotiations by ensuring alignment on key terms and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage the end-to-end sales contract intake and review process, ensuring requests follow the correct workflow and approval path.
  • Coordinate feedback from Legal, Sales, CSR, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Lines to move agreements through the pipeline efficiently.
  • Maintain visibility into contract status and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Summarize key terms of agreements to support internal discussions and decision-making.
  • Negotiation Support: Support business teams by communicating internal guidelines and assisting with negotiations with customers, vendors, consultants, and service providers.
  • Review and process NDAs and other standard agreements with guidance from Legal.
  • Help identify risks, open items, and required approvals based on internal policies.
  • Systems, Documentation & Process Improvement: Organize historical documents and assist with CMS improvements or upgrades.
  • Support the development with Legal and maintenance of the Contract Playbook, templates, and standard terms.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Collaboration & Travel: Work closely with teams across multiple regions to resolve operational issues. Periodic travel between Kirkland, WA and San Jose, CA office is required for training, coordination, and cross-functional planning.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3~5 years of relevant experience in contract operations, sales operations, procurement operations, or similar roles in a semiconductor, electronics, or technology company.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Experience managing structured workflows and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
  • Experience with Contract Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
  • Program or project management experience is a plus.

Location: Kirkland, WA or San Jose, CA

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.

The target hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000.
