Summary

This is a full-time position. The contract manager must have a reliable F endorsement, proof of vehicle insurance, and submit to ongoing car inspections to transport individuals. The contract manager will also monitor and manage production, set up work, and schedule people for production. The contract manager will manage workflow, assist people and DSPs in job tasks, provide input on time studies and job quotes, and meet work deadlines and quality expectations. The contract manager will ensure work is completed as needed for each task while assisting each person within the job site.

Supervisory Requirements

Reports directly to the Georgia Coordinator.

Qualifications

Experience: Production/supervisorial experience.

Technical Job Knowledge

Understanding of job requirements for various production, supervisory, job coaching, and related work fields.

Physical Requirements

Good overall physical health and personal stamina. TB skin test or chest x‑ray required prior to employment. Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.
