Job summary

ANSCO & Associates, LLC is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to support bid preparation, contract interpretation, and data-driven analysis. You will gather and organize data for bids, review contract requirements, and ensure accurate setup in multiple systems.

The role requires an Associate degree with 2 years of project or contract management experience, plus strong proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheets. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
• 2 years of project management or contract management experience preferred.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and reviews project bids and contract documents to maximize profitability.
• Interprets contract content and pricing structures and ensures accurate setup in systems.
• Builds spreadsheets and reports for bid submissions and business analysis.
• Reviews and processes new contract documents and bonds as required.
• Verifies contract details and unit rates across organizational and financial systems.
• Develops bidding tools with other departments and trains managers to use them.
• Supports audit requests with necessary information and documentation.
• Assists with RFP/RFQ reviews and proposal preparation with Division Managers.
• Analyzes contracts for accuracy against quotes and orders.
• Facilitates workflow and cross-department collaboration to meet deadlines.
