Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of experience in contract management or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, files, and maintains contract documentation in designated systems.
• Processes contract invoicing including verification, reconciliation, PO sourcing, and payment coordination.
• Performs account reconciliation and discrepancy correction.
• Prepares and maintains contract status reports with key dates and milestones.
• Supports contract review and approval workflows for compliance.
• Enters and maintains contract data and generates internal reports.
• Responds to inquiries from customers and vendors with professionalism.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and supports workflow optimization.
