Job summary

ConnectedHealth seeks a Contract Long Term Care RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care in our Billings, MT facilities. You will follow care plans, manage wounds, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident outcomes.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to safety standards, and flexible scheduling with guaranteed hours. MT RN license with BLS is required; ACLS/TNCC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid MT RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of LTC experience.
• Proven wound care experience.
• Strong background in elderly populations in long-term care settings.
• ACLS or TNCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in the long-term care setting, ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care strategies.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately and efficiently.
• Execute wound care procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.
