This Long Term Care RN Assignment offers a 13-week opportunity in a Long Term Care setting located within contract travel distance of Great Falls, MT. Candidates will provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and manage wound care and on-call duties. Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care setting, focusing on wound care and elderly patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies.
Manage on-call duties and address emergent patient needs during scheduled shifts.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Valid Montana RN license.
BLS certification.
Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience.
Strong wound care experience.
Experience working with elderly patients in Long Term Care settings.
Wound care certification (preferred but not mandatory)
