About the Role:

As a Contract LPN/RN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while building strong relationships with our residents and their families. Contract LPN/RN will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, assess patient needs, and provide medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. The Contract LPN/RN expertise will also be used to monitor patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and maintain accurate and timely records.

Note:

This position is intended for local contract Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
