Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a Full-Time Contract LPN/RN Night Shift for an 8-week local contract. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with care staff in a warm, resident-centered environment.

Requirements include a valid LPN or RN license in Missouri, prior long-term care experience preferred, and strong communication and teamwork. Local housing/travel expenses apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent resident outcomes and care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

This position is intended for local contract Contract Nurse (LPN/RN) candidates. Applicants who live outside of the local area will be responsible for their own housing/lodging and travel-related expenses, including gas and transportation.
