Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Carthage is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our local eight-week contract at our Carthage, Missouri community. The role focuses on providing intimate, high-quality care to residents during evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurses.
• Assist with vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents, staff, and guests.
