Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Contract Logistics Forklift Operator for our Jupiter, Florida site. You will move materials within the warehouse, load/unload at trailers, and ensure accurate receipt of goods with powered equipment.

Shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, paid weekly at $20.25 per hour. The role supports operations in a global logistics environment with focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Education or Equivalent.
• 1 year forklift experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Use powered equipment to load and unload designated trailers.
• Verify and receive materials into inventory.
• Palletizing and shrink wrap may be required.
• Move and store materials within the warehouse.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach-truck, order picker, pallet jack or other heavy material handling equipment as required. You will work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and will be paid weekly at $ 20.25 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use Powered Equipment to load and unload designated trailers
• Verify and receive materials into inventory
• Duties may also include palletizing and shrink wrap
• Utilize Powered Equipment to move and store materials within the warehouse
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended amounts of time
• Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Program policies and procedures
• Perform other job duties as needed
