Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years combined experience in Contracts Assistant, Procurement, or Paralegal roles.
• Experience with databases, data entry, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Enter contracts, agreements, and change orders in databases for designated regions.
• Monitor and respond to group requests for designated regions.
• Complete preliminary review and markups of contracts, agreements, and change orders, and negotiate resolutions with customers.
• Review contracts, agreements, and change orders within a designated signing authority.
• Provide guidance and support on contractual matters to the Sales team during tender, awarding, and handover phases.
