Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level accountancy duties, onboarding to client system(s).
• Familiarity with basic accounting concepts and processes.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounts payable data accurately.
• Understand general ledger transactions.
• Process debits and credits correctly.
• Review supplier statements and reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow up on past-due invoices with customers.
• Assist with sales tax return preparation.

Pay is up to $30ph based upon experience. West Omaha firm has an immediate opening for an entry level accountant due to two separate conversion projects. This contract accounting project is available ASAP! Up to 30 hours per week to start and more hours as you learn more. Strong potential of full time placement.
