Job summary

ECI Group's Professional Technical Services Network is seeking an IT Project Manager for Data Migration in Houston on a contract basis for approximately four months, starting Sept 21, 2026. A US citizen or permanent resident is required.

The role focuses on leading Lean-Agile practices, coaching teams, and managing data warehouse migration efforts including PDW/Data Exchange, with emphasis on cloud modernization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Lean Agile practices, facilitation, coaching required.
• Experience mentoring, transformation and productization; ideation, design and CI/CD.
• Ability to understand and properly utilize market standard Agile tools used in the Agile space.

Responsibilities

• Embody an agnostic agile mindset and empower teams to continuously improve.
• Mentor teams as they transition to Agile and new ways of working.
• Coach cross-functional teams on optimizing Agile practices and reducing waste.
• Facilitate Team of Teams events, retrospectives and workshops (e.g. Story mapping, value stream mapping, Scrum of Scrums).
• Ensure synchronization between Team of Teams and Team-level cadence; maintain Lean/Kanban metrics.
