• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with advanced formulas and data modeling.
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems and SKU-level planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and velocity trends to identify risk.
• Translate inventory data into insights and recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Place purchase orders with vendors, considering MOQ and lead times.
• Reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual inventory.
• Manage channel allocation and inventory positioning to protect availability and revenue.
• Oversee warehouse allocation and inventory transfers across locations.
• Support product launches and SKU transitions with accurate inventory planning.
• Monitor lead times, ETAs, and delays, escalating risk as needed.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Sales on inventory messaging.
