Job summary

Drgok is seeking Contract Instructor Pilots to lead academic and aircrew training across live instruction and aircraft training devices. You will ensure accurate course content, manage lesson flow, and coordinate with the Lead Instructor to revise materials as needed.

Candidates must have extensive fighter flight experience, prior military IP duties, and the ability to travel or shift schedules to meet customer needs while maintaining safety and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent education with 12+ years of experience, or 10+ years with a related master’s degree.
• Minimum 1,000 flight hours in 4th/5th generation fighters (F-22/F-18/F-16/F-15/A-10).
• Experience as a Military Instructor Pilot (IP) and multi-ship flight lead in tactical fighters.
• Ability to support flexible work hours and potential deployments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality academic instruction covering syllabi and instructor guides.
• Provide aircrew training device instruction and ensure mission guide requirements are met.
• Maintain weapons system expertise and evaluate student performance.
• Prepare classrooms, record training results, and conduct debriefs with learners.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Lead Instructor and supervisors.
• Assist in courseware revisions and test analysis to improve instruction.
