Job summary

Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma, LLC seeks Contract Instructor Pilots to lead academics and aircrew training device instruction. You will ensure syllabus alignment, update courseware, and maintain flight- and weapons-system expertise for a broad training program.

The role requires 1,000+ flight hours in fighter aircraft, prior Military IP experience, and the ability to work flexible hours and deployments. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years; or 10 years with related master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours in fourth and/or fifth generation fighter aircraft as a pilot (F-22, F-18, F-16, F-15, A-10).
  • Experience as a Military Instructor Pilot (IP) and multi-ship flight lead in tactical fighter aircraft.
  • Willing to support flexible work hours to align with customer schedule.
  • Position may require deployment to support customer requirements.
  • Proven verbal communication skills for instruction and briefing.
  • Proven experience with instructional products and evaluating pilot training.
  • Basic MS Office suite skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality academic instruction covering formal course syllabi and instruction guide requirements.
  • Instruct aircrew training device instruction and adhere to Training and Readiness standards.
  • Maintain weapons system expertise and update courseware as needed.
  • Prepare classrooms or briefing rooms before lessons or missions.
  • Evaluate and record student performance and debrief errors.
  • Coordinate corrective action and remedial training with the Lead Instructor.
  • Review and revise courseware and ensure currency across responsibilities.
  • Support lesson plan and mission guide revision efforts.
