Job summary

Teaching Lab is seeking experienced instructional facilitators to deliver high-quality professional learning and coaching to educators and school leaders as contract-based, project-driven performers. In-person work is required, with travel managed under Teaching Lab policies.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as an instructional coach to teachers or school leaders.
• Experience supporting various levels of instruction across classroom settings, including diverse learner populations.
• Strong background in instructional best practices and applying strategies that support effective teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate professional development sessions.
• Engage in coaching feedback cycles with educators and leaders.
• Build collaborative relationships with educators and school leaders.
• Support data collection and reflection activities to strengthen instructional practice and outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams to tailor content to partner needs.
• Travel for in-person engagements as required by Teaching Lab policies.
