Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production processes.
• 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing principles experience preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Applies industrial engineering concepts to product, process and services to meet program requirements of moderate complexity.
• Designs, develops, analyzes, tests, evaluates and implements processes to optimize production system design and efficiency.
• Monitors performance and supports production and systems to meet requirements.
• Translates engineering concepts to practical applications across the product lifecycle.
• Develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data for leadership.
• Leads metrics, data analysis, and improvement plans including Lean initiatives.
