Vitu is seeking a Contract Implementation Specialist I to work remotely in the United States. You will perform contract reviews, account maintenance, and QA across state rules, ensuring customer accounts stay current.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, updating records in multiple databases, and supporting clients to maintain compliant, valid accounts. 0-2 years of administrative experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Experience acquiring and utilizing new software applications.
• General planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and updates records within multiple database systems.
• Monitors emails and in-house communication channels to address a range of requests and requirements from both internal and external sources.
• Provide support to fellow Specialists to guarantee that our clients’ accounts remain valid and up to date.
• Assist with account maintenance and other special projects, as assigned.
• Provide support in managing client accounts.

Job Summary

Our Contract Implementation staff is comprised of friendly, courteous professionals who perform many functions, including—and not limited to—contract review, account maintenance, product functionality, and quality assurance. They have a thorough knowledge of state and business rules and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is: $18-$23

This role will be expected to work 9-5pm PST.

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
