Job summary

Soliant Health in Florida seeks an experienced imaging technologist proficient in CT, PET/CT, MRI, and X-ray to fill an 18-week assignment with potential extension. The role emphasizes patient safety and high-quality imaging.

Responsibilities include interpreting orders, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations while delivering excellent patient care and collaboration with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in all three: MRI, CT, and X-ray.
• Active State of Florida radiology license.
• Completion of a college degree in radiologic technology (diploma or transcripts must be available for submission)
• Must not be a local resident of Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced imaging procedures, including CT, PET/CT, MRI, and X-ray scans with a focus on patient safety and comfort
• Accurately interpret physician orders and ensure adherence to imaging protocols
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and report maintenance needs promptly
• Perform high-quality imaging studies and assist with image processing and records management
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to coordinate optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and standards
