Job summary

Soliant Health in North Carolina seeks a CT/PET Technologist for a contract role focused on advanced imaging. The weekend schedule runs Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, with 12-hour shifts and a collaborative, patient‑centered team.

You will prepare and position patients, operate CT and PET equipment, and review results with radiologists, while maintaining documentation, safety, QA, and steady communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• Proven CT/PET imaging experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification: ARRT CT or NMTCB required.
• North Carolina state licensure or eligibility.
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work weekend shifts and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for CT and PET imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at every step.
• Operate imaging equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to review and interpret results.
• Adhere to established protocols, checking images for clarity and completeness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies.
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate necessary maintenance.
