Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Digital Execution Strategist for a 9-month contract based in Juno Beach, FL. You will drive digital projects on the customer-facing roadmap, lead HubSpot initiatives, and elevate content management across hundreds of microsites.

You will collaborate with marketing, IT, and content teams, ensuring UX best practices, accessibility, and performance optimization while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy with a focus on HubSpot.
• Experience managing digital projects using HubSpot.
• In-depth knowledge of CMS, web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies.
• HubSpot certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project intake process with clear goals and deliverables.
• Develop digital strategies using HubSpot and Breeze to boost engagement and growth.
• Translate strategies into website design projects focused on UX and accessibility.
• Oversee end-to-end HubSpot implementation for over 200 microsites.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, content creators, and developers.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Ensure ADA compliance and Site Improve site health with data-driven improvements.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and release support.
