Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a Digital Execution Strategist to join the Enterprise Marketing team on a 9-month contract in Juno Beach, FL. You will optimize HubSpot-driven digital projects, coordinate cross-functional work, and help deliver enhanced user experiences across the company’s digital properties.

You will lead digital strategy, manage project scopes, and collaborate with marketing, IT, content teams, and developers.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy, with a focus on HubSpot.
• In-depth knowledge of content management systems (CMS), web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
• The ability to interpret data and provide applicable insights.
• HubSpot certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project intake process, collating requirements to ensure clear goals and deliverables.
• Develop digital strategies using HubSpot and Breeze to enhance user engagement and growth.
• Develop and articulate design strategies aligned with goals and user needs.
• Translate strategies into website design projects focusing on UX and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, content creators, and developers to implement cohesive solutions.
• Oversee HubSpot implementation for over 200 microsites, ensuring content management, personalization, and performance.

Opportunity Overview:

Digital Execution Strategist based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 9-months contract assignment.(W-2) You will have expertise in HubSpot and you will join the Enterprise Marketing team. You will help improve multiple website projects, deliver exceptional user experiences, and increase content management strategies within HubSpot.

You will manage digital projects on the customer-facing digital experience roadmap. You will use project management skills to provide support. The support will be in developing plans and projects to deliver goals. These goals will include transactional web tools, User Interface (UI) best practices, navigation, and architecture best practices.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Lead the project intake process, collating and understanding requirements from team members to ensure clear goals and deliverables.
• Develop digital strategies using HubSpot and their AI feature, Breeze to enhance user engagement and increase business growth.
• Develop and articulate design strategies that align with team goals and user needs.
• Translate complex strategies into website design projects, ensuring user experience and engagement.
• Use best marketing practices to design and refine website interfaces, enhancing usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and existing solutions.
• Collaborate with teams including marketing, IT, content creators, and developers to implement cohesive and impactful design solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot for over 200 microsites, ensuring best practices in content management, personalization, and performance optimization.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to communicate design concepts.
• Design, manage, and increase web content and assets using HubSpot.
• Ensure ADA compliance and overall site health by managing and analyzing data using Site Improve, making recommendations for necessary improvements.
• Participate in daily status call, sprint planning, user story development, testing, and supporting project releases for digital projects.
• Demonstrate discipline and organization in implementing assignments and managing projects, while building and maintaining great relationships with clients, co-workers, and vendors.
• Understand customer needs and pain points to help develop better user experiences.
• Present wireframes and prototypes to management and partners.
• Conduct regular audits and performance analysis of digital campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in UX design and digital marketing.

Who You Are:
