Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as HRBP/HR Generalist or HR Ops.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law.
• Experience administering immigration programs.
• Advanced experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Rippling.
• Strong data reporting and dashboard skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve core HR processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Administer leave requests (FMLA, state/local leaves, ADA) with payroll partners.
• Maintain employee records and E-Verify onboarding.
• Support audits, reporting, policy administration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal.
• Coordinate immigration timelines and filings.
• Build HR reports and dashboards to reveal workforce trends.
• Configure and administer Rippling workflows and IT integrations.
