Qualifications

• Routine and non-routine slide prep for microscopic evaluation.
• Adheres to policies and procedures in histology processing.
• Ensure proper accessioning and labeling of tissue samples.
• Perform staining and cover-slipping of slides as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare slides for histopathology review by pathologists.
• Embed tissue in paraffin and perform microtomy.
• Prepare solutions and reagents for special stains and IHC.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment.
