Hotel California by the Sea is seeking a Contract Group Facilitator to lead therapy groups and support clients in a dual-diagnosis treatment setting. The role requires engaging group sessions, maintaining safe behavior, and facilitating healing.

This is a 1099 contract position with no defined end date. Licensed clinicians are preferred, and knowledge of HIPAA is essential; liability insurance and local licensure may be required by your city.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed as one of the specified credentials.
• Experience facilitating group counseling in treatment settings.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate a high level of communication with the Clinical Team regarding client behavior, progress, and any further observation essential to the clients' treatment
• Documentation of group notes in Kipu on day of service
• Maintain group curriculum and update material regularly
• Have knowledge of HIPAA laws and regulations and apply counseling techniques to educate and motivate clients
