• Supervises and leads a team of three Contract Governance Program Managers responsible for post-award governance of assigned health care technology contract portfolios. Establishes workload distribution, priorities, timelines, documentation standards, and quality expectations for the office.
• Assigns portfolios, contracts, and governance workstreams to individual officers based on workload, organizational priorities, officer capability, and mission requirements. Reassigns work as circumstances change to ensure continuity and timely completion of post-award activities.
• Serves as the accountable CAMS leader for program and portfolio management of post-award contract governance across the IHSC health information technology contract portfolio.
