Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is required or 3+ years of additional Web Dev/ SWE experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience writing source code for new applications or improving existing code samples.
• Knowledge of database systems and MySQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs to determine the most effective solutions.
• Master the interactions between machines and humans through UI design and implementation.
• Design and develop with a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
• Define, document, and communicate front-end development standards, best practices, code reviews, and build websites and tools.
• Immerse yourself in modern best practices including code review and deployment.
• Review, maintain, and improve user-facing code.
• Contribute to mission-critical web infrastructure projects.
