Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Field Operations Associate in Virginia Beach to support onboarding, credential verification, and candidate processing. You will coordinate background checks, drug testing, and E-Verify compliance, while delivering excellent front-desk service and maintaining office supplies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with customer or sales experience and thrive in a team setting. Competitive hourly pay with an annual bonus potential is offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet and update the Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

As a Field Operations Associate you will…

• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $20.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000
