Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Temporary Distribution Technician I in Romeoville, IL to support the production and distribution of drug products. This role involves data entry, scheduling driver deliveries, and assisting with packaging and other tasks required by the site.

Key duties include processing shipping returns, preparing containers, keeping clean and organized areas, tracking shipments, completing cGMP documents in SOFIE’s Quality Management System, and coordinating with couriers and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and/or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Able to work various shifts and weekends.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping returns per SOPs and regulations.
• Prepare shipping containers for dose shipments per SOPs.
• Clean and organize classified areas; assist with hazardous waste removal.
• Assist with logistic routing to customer sites and track shipments.
• Maintain required paperwork, logs, documents, and reports.
• Complete cGMP documents in SOFIE’s Quality Management System.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and perform radiation safety duties.
• Coordinate with third-party courier services and customers.
• Other assigned duties as required.
