The LEGO Group is seeking a Digital Content QA Coordinator to help ensure the LEGO.com shopper experience meets design and functionality standards. This six-month contract involves reviewing homepages, campaigns and promotions across markets, using Jira and CMS tools to resolve issues before publishing deadlines.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, triage fixes, and contribute to quality assurance improvements while supporting content across LEGO markets.

Qualifications

• Used JIRA to triage design or functional fixes for digital assets.
• Tracked quality-assurance issues for website assets in JIRA.
• Identified quality issues in website assets and followed them through to resolution within publishing deadlines.
• Reviewed and quality-checked website assets within a CMS before publication.

Responsabilités

• Check text and digital assets to confirm that they look and function as planned.
• Triage design and functional fixes, keeping work moving against publishing deadlines.
• Support the quality of homepage, campaign and promotional content across shoppable markets.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the shopper experience.
