Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Digital Content QA Coordinator on a six-month contract to improve the shopper experience on LEGO.com. You will review content for homepages, campaigns and promotions across markets, using JIRA and a CMS to ensure assets function and look as planned.

You will triage design and functional fixes, resolve issues before publishing, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. This role offers a hybrid work model and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Used JIRA to triage design or functional fixes for digital assets.
• Tracked quality-assurance issues for website assets in JIRA.
• Identified quality issues in website assets and followed them through to resolution within publishing deadlines.
• Reviewed and quality-checked website assets within a CMS before publication.

Responsibilities

• Check text and digital assets to confirm that they look and function as planned.
• Triage design and functional fixes, keeping work moving against publishing deadlines.
• Support the quality of homepage, campaign and promotional content across shoppable markets.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the shopper experience.
• Grow your confidence in checking a variety of digital assets independently.
• Contribute ideas that improve quality-assurance processes and everyday ways of working.
