Job summary

Dane Street is expanding our physician panel to support Washington L&I Independent Medical Exams. We are seeking Washington-licensed physicians to conduct in-person IMEs across Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane and Vancouver. Independent contractor (1099) per-case compensation.

Candidates must be active in practice, board-certified in Dentistry, and hold a Washington medical license. Responsibilities include reviewing records, performing exams, and delivering concise reports under AMA Guides.

Qualifications

• Must be in active clinical practice and board-certified in Dentistry.
• Licensed to practice medicine in Washington state.
• Contract-based engagement with per-case reviews and reports.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform a physical exam as part of IMEs.
• Address clinical questions regarding diagnosis and care.
• Prepare timely reports addressing client questions and include AMA Guides guidance.
• Complete peer-to-peer calls if required per client protocol.
