Job summary

Dane Street is expanding our physician panel to include Washington L&I Independent Medical Exams. We seek Washington-licensed Otolaryngologists in active practice to review records, perform exams, and provide advisory opinions on impairment and care on a per-case basis.

Positions are contract-based (1099) with flexible schedules and no-show or late-cancellation penalties; in-person IMEs across Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, with a Vancouver site planned.

Qualifications

• Washington-licensed physician in active practice with board certification in Otolaryngology.
• Independent contractor (1099) eligible for per-case compensation.
• Ability to conduct in-person IMEs and provide comprehensive reports using AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform patient examinations.
• Address clinical questions regarding diagnosis and care in physician advisor reports.
• Prepare reports promptly and submit by due date; use AMA Guides Sixth Edition.
• Engage in peer-to-peer calls and provide clarifications per client protocol.
• Maintain active clinical practice and compliance with licensing requirements.
