Job summary

Dane Street is expanding our physician panel to support Washington L&I Independent Medical Exams. This opportunity targets Washington-licensed physicians to perform in-person IMEs, reviewing records and conducting exams across Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Spokane, and Vancouver locations.

No-show and cancellation fees are in place to protect your time. Physicians work as independent contractors, reviewing cases per client protocols with added compensation for addenda or clarifications.

Qualifications

• Active medical practice in Washington state is required.
• Board certification in Neurology and a valid Washington medical license are required.
• Independent contractor status (1099) for IME work.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and perform in-person IMEs across multiple clinic locations.
• Conduct physical examination and address clinical questions using AMA Guides (Impairment, Sixth Edition).
• Prepare timely reports and participate in client-specific protocols to obtain necessary clarifications.
• Maintain active practice and compliance with regulatory requirements.
