King County is seeking a Contract Delivery Specialist to assist with procurement of Architectural/Engineering, Construction and Goods and Service contracts. The role supports JOC and work order administrations, requiring strong organization, detail-orientation, and customer service.
The position is part of the Finance and Administration team, based in Seattle, WA, with a hybrid work model that includes in-office days and remote work.
This role will assist our customers with the procurement of Architectural/Engineering, Construction and Goods and Service contracts and will support the customers with the use of the County’s Job Order Contract (JOC) and the work order team with administration of various work orders agreements. This position will require good organization and attention to detail, customer service and communication skills; collaborating with internal and external customers.
This position is within WTD’s Finance and Administration?(F&A)?Section, which serves the essential role of ensuring that financial resources are in place to fund the Division’s priorities and decision-making is well-informed regarding financial risk, optimization trade-offs, financial equity, and compliance.
