King County in Seattle seeks a Contract Delivery Specialist to assist in procuring Architectural/Engineering, Construction, and Goods and Services contracts, including ITB and RFP management and collaboration with Central Procurement.
You will support the Job Order Contract and work order teams, manage contract documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and KC policies while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This role will assist our customers with the procurement of Architectural/Engineering, Construction and Goods and Service contracts and will support the customers with the use of the County’s Job Order Contract (JOC) and the work order team with administration of various work orders agreements. This position will require good organization and attention to detail, customer service and communication skills; collaborating with internal and external customers.
This position is within WTD’s Finance and Administration (F&A) Section, which serves the essential role of ensuring that financial resources are in place to fund the Division’s priorities and decision-making is well-informed regarding financial risk, optimization trade-offs, financial equity, and compliance. In managing WTD’s large portfolio of financial activities and processes, F&A performs numerous functions including rate-setting, budget development and oversight, capital finance, contracting, technology services, central service administration, accounting, audit and compliance, payroll, utility billing, and more.
