IDT seeks a detail-focused Contracts Analyst to support migrating and validating large volumes of commercial agreements within the CLM/CRM ecosystems. You will review, extract key terms, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of contract review experience, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contractual agreements; previous review of commercial agreements preferred.
• Close attention to detail while processing a high volume of contracts.
• Strong analytical thinking to digest dense documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze large volume of contracts accurately for terms.
• Read complex agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Enter contract information into CRM and CLM databases.
• Review documents electronically for extended periods.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Legal teams to meet deadlines.
• Report daily/weekly progress to manager and raise questions as needed.
