Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements for conference room booking technology and business processes.
• Research technology solutions, coordinate demonstrations, support testing, and summarize findings for leadership.
• Develop data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational goals and user needs.
• Support CMMS data analytics and quality assurance activities, including data review and table refinement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to coordinate data updates and system improvements.
• Use Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office to analyze information, prepare reports, and communicate insights.
