The Role:
GoodTime is seeking a temporary contract Customer Success Manager to cover a leave of absence. This contract is expected to last from July through November. This role will partner directly with our customers to support their recruiting operations. Your job is to make it easy for customers to love GoodTime! You will make our customers feel heard and taken care of!
GoodTime CSMs are responsible for driving product adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customer retention/minimizing churn. They do this by building exceptional relationships and intimately understanding our customer’s processes and challenges.
