Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) is seeking a Manager of Contract & Customer Data to own governance of Contract Master and Customer Master data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across the organization.

You’ll lead a team delivering governance, data quality, and scalable processes to support reporting, rebates, and business operations. You will partner with Sales, Trade, Finance, Reconciliation, Data, and IT to optimize cross-functional data flows while applying Lean and Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in operations, data management, contract/ membership administration.
• 2+ years in leadership, coaching, or team lead roles.
• Experience governing data quality, master data, and controls in data-intensive environments.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, DMAIC, value-stream mapping, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive operational decision-making using data.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end stewardship of Contract Master and Customer Master data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee contract configuration, pricing maintenance, approvals, and load integrity.
• Manage member onboarding, eligibility, and linkage to wholesalers and partners.
• Implement preventive controls and quality checks to prevent downstream issues.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve data integrity and operational performance.
