Job summary

Chimes District of Columbia Inc. in Baltimore is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop and maintain pricing strategies for federal and commercial contracts. You will analyze cost data and prepare clear pricing analysis reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.

You will collaborate across departments to support negotiations and proposals, maintain accurate logs and documentation, and uphold confidentiality and high integrity in all work performed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field preferred.
• 3+ years pricing experience in nonprofit/federal consulting or similar industry.
• Solid understanding of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ) and regulations (FAR, DFARS).
• Strong knowledge of SCA, DBA, and labor CBAs.
• Advanced Excel skills and cost estimation techniques are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in cost accounting.
• Proven track record in negotiations and customer presentations.

What You'll Do

• Stay current on WDR, CBA, and FAR requirements to ensure compliance
• Collaborate across departments to support successful negotiations and proposals
• Maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation in a timely manner
• Uphold confidentiality and high standards of integrity in all work

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience developing pricing in a nonprofit, federal consulting, or similar industry
• Solid understanding of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ, etc.) and regulations (FAR, DFARS)
• Strong working knowledge of the SCA, DBA, and labor union CBAs
• Advanced Excel skills and expertise in cost estimating techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in cost accounting
• Proven track record in negotiations and customer presentations
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ISSA Clean standards is a plus
