As a Contract Coordinator-Commercial Operations You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

  • Providing Contract Receipting services and Contract Terms support for Solventum customers and Solventum internal personnel
  • Handling internal and external customer inquiries, interpreting policies, investigating problems, and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions
  • Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
  • Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
  • Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (2) two years in a Customer Support role

in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND (6) six years in a Customer Support role in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Customer Documentation Support Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PC literacy, including experience in Microsoft Office products

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Ability to work in a high volume, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay focused on tasks, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate to resolve issues and identify process improvements
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Good interpersonal skills; effective communication and listening skills

  • Remote -United States

Travel: 5% [Domestic/International]
