Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC's WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Fossil Plant Outage Planner for a 6-month to 1-year contract (W-2). Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or at a Fossil Site in Florida, you will join the Central Maintenance Planning team to support overhaul planning for the Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet.

About the role: Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410

We're looking for a Fossil Plant Outage Planner on behalf of our client. This is a 6-months to 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will join the Central Maintenance Planning team to support overhaul planning of the Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet. Routine interface with site personnel, fleet engineering, and the central maintenance organization.

This position is planned to be based out of Palm Beach Gardens, but working from one of the Fossil Sites within Florida will be considered based on experience and capabilities of the candidate selected and requires hiring manager approval.

6-months to 1-year contract assignment.(W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

This position requires the capacity to manage a large workload, flexibility when priorities shift, and drive to meet (or beat) established Major Maintenance Process commitments. This role will be responsible for development of job specific Mechanical Maintenance Work Order packages for Overhaul Projects by (but not limited to):

• Performing jobsite walk-downs and scope validation
• Supporting procurement of materials and services
• Develop procedures for execution of work.
• Establishing accurate work order cost and schedule estimates

Qualifications:
